Kathleen started Folk Art classes at the age of five with the Macquarie Towns Art Society, as she was too young to start the regular Art Classes. At seven she commenced Art classes with Macquarie Towns Art Society, then later moved on to classes with Lyn Mantell for several years before taking pastel classes with Taryn Malzard. She has been exhibiting her artwork since the age of five and has several awards to her name. Tracie started Art classes with Lyn Mantell after sitting in on one of Kathleen's Children's Art classes, and is now also attending pastel classes with Taryn Malzard.
